(Reuters) -South African mobile operator Cell C’s listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange was priced at 26.50 rands per share, below a previously set range of 29.50-35.50 rands, the company said on Friday.
Cell C is majority owned by Blu Label Unlimited through its subsidiary The Prepaid Company (TPC).
