(Reuters) -Three people were injured after a person fired shots into a betting shop in the town of Giessen in central Germany on Saturday afternoon, police said, adding that the suspect was later caught and detained.
“Three people were injured inside the shop. Emergency services took them to hospitals for treatment,” a police statement said.
Police said that no more information could be provided regarding the circumstances of the incident, which are subject to an ongoing investigation.
