(Reuters) -A fire broke out at an oil refinery in Russia’s Yaroslavl region, regional governor Mikhail Yevrayev said on Wednesday, ruling out enemy attack as the cause.
“Residents were concerned it might have been the result of an enemy drone attack,” Yevrayev said on the Telegram messaging app.
“But what happened has nothing to do with that…The fire is of a technological nature.”
