PARIS (Reuters) -French nuclear operator EDF said on Tuesday it had received notice that a strike by its workers this week will now start on Tuesday evening and last through to October 2.
The previous notice said the strike was expected to start late Wednesday and last 24 hours.
Recent strikes have cut power supply in the country, but the effect has been minimal as France has been a net power exporter during the industrial action.
