US reaches trade deal with Switzerland, USTR says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The Trump administration has reached a trade deal with Switzerland and will provide details on the White House website later on Friday, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer told CNBC in an interview.

Under the agreement, Switzerland will send a lot of manufacturing to United States and bring down its U.S. trade surplus, he said, adding that the pact also targets pharmaceuticals, gold smelting and railway equipment.
