BERLIN (Reuters) -Robert Bosch said on Monday that it had registered furlough measures with labour authorities at its Salzgitter site amid chip supply problems across the automobile industry.
“At the Salzgitter plant, we are responding flexibly to production adjustments. To this end, we can make use of the proven instrument of short-time working depending on demand, which we have registered accordingly,” the company said in a statement.
