(Reuters) -India’s Tata Capital will open its initial public offering to retail investors on October 6, the nonbanking financial company said on Friday.
The IPO will comprise up to 210 million new shares, while existing shareholders will sell up to 265.8 million shares.
Tata Capital will open for subscriptions by big institutional investors, or anchor investors, on October 3.
